Just thought I'd stop in to say, "I feel your pain!" It's 12:30 a.m. here (CA), and I'm waiting for the Tylenol to kick in. Sadly, though I theoretically work for myself, I'm actually still responsible to others. Happily, almost all deadlines have been met for the week.

Also, and more importantly, I absolutely adore your work. It's really extraordinary and beautiful, and someday, one of those gorgeous larger pieces will hang happily in my home. At which point, I'll become obsessed with changing the lighting every few minutes, just to watch the painting do its thing.

(And I don't really mean to be anonymous, I'm just too lazy and feverish to try to remember my Google sign-in details... ;-)

Hope you feel better soon!

Amy

Heh, thanks for your sympathies! :o)

I'm not well yet, but I'm not worse either, so I take this has a good sign.

Being sick warps my brain though, everything becomes fuzzy and confusing and colors make no sense to me...

*sigh*

Ohmygosh, the lighting is addicting. We've played around with all sorts of ideas, but I think my "dream" lighting scenario would involve some sort of rotating dimmer set up that plays through the different lighting options very smoothly.

Although, a friend of mine that has one of my larger pieces over her fireplace has the best lighting set-up I've seen so far: black lights and tons of candles!! It's soooo amazing and romantic and magical. The candlelight flickers off the paintings in a way I can't even describe, nor did I anticipate. It's awesome.

Nice to meet you, Amy! (and thanks so much!!!)
